The Procurement & Logistis Manager will be responsible for supervision of staff in operations department. She/He will also be responsible for management of the procurement cycle
including the purchase, distribution,delivery and maintenance of office equipment based on instructions received from management. The maintenance of the asset register, management of all property leases ensuring that termination clauses are adhered to; maintenance of adequate insurance cover for theft, fire and all assets; the processing of insurance claims as and when necessary.
The Finance and Operations Manager will report to the Finance & Operations Director of Pact. He/She will be responsible to oversee the day to day functions of the Finance and Administration Department. The main responsibilities will also be the supervision of the two Finance Officers and the Grants Officer.
The IT Specialist will be under the supervision of the Finance and Operations Director and will serve as the primary point of contact for IT support at all operational locations for the Pact Malawi-ACHIEVE project. The role focuses on desktop support, user assistance, and coordination with Pact DC IT teams for cloud-based systems, security, and platform management.
