The Finance and Operations Manager will report to the Finance & Operations Director of Pact. He/She will be responsible to oversee the day to day functions of the Finance and Administration Department. The main responsibilities will also be the supervision of the two Finance Officers and the Grants Officer.

The District Triple Elimination Technical Officer will support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of triple elimination interventions at district and facility levels. This is a district-based position and the successful candidate will be assigned to one of the four project implementation districts: Karonga, Zomba, Thyolo, or Balaka. The officer will report directly to the Triple Elimination Technical Lead.

The Community Linkages Advisor will work under the supervision of the Technical Director to support the technical team for the successful implementation of the maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) technical components of the ACHIEVE Liberia project. ACHIEVE is a global project funded through the U.S. Department of State and implemented by Pact. Position Purpose:
Perform functions to support Pact Malawi in financial management in order to provide accurate, current, and complete disclosure of financial transactions; records that identify source and application of funds effective control and accountability of funds, property, and other assets; and comparison of the expenditure versus budget amounts.
Job Summary:
