The Grants, Administration, and Logistics Officer will provide effective and efficient subaward management, logistics, and administrative support for implementation of the Madini Safi project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Madini Safi is funded by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (DOL/ILAB) and implemented by Pact. The project aims to address child labor and strengthen systems and partnerships that support sustainable, community-based solutions in targeted mining communities in DRC.
The Grants, Administration, and Logistics Officer is responsible for the full subaward cycle from pre-award through closeout, with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and enforcement of Pact’s policies and procedures. The role also supports project logistics and office administration, including coordination of travel, meetings, workshops, records, and operational follow-up, and works closely with the technical, finance, procurement, and operations teams. This position will be supervised by the Finance and Operations Manager.
