ACHIEVE is a globally funded project dedicated to achieving and sustaining HIV epidemic control among pregnant and breastfeeding women, adolescents, infants, and children. To support this goal, ACHIEVE implements approved lifesaving interventions for vulnerable children, mothers, and families. ACHIEVE is led by Pact, in partnership with Jhpiego, Palladium, No Means No Worldwide, and WI-HER.
Since 2019, ACHIEVE Nigeria has supported local implementers of the USG-funded vulnerable children program to manage their awards with quality, fidelity, and in compliance with USG rules and regulations to improve HIV outcomes among vulnerable children and their households. Following the transition to lifesaving activities in 2025, ACHIEVE will begin direct implementation of programming for vulnerable children, mothers, and families in Bauchi State in October 2025.
