Pact seeks an experienced Project Manager for an anticipated project in Zimbabwe from the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). The project is expected to focus on enabling active citizen engagement in key economic, social, and political issues in Zimbabwe to enhance accountable governance.. The Project Manager will provide support to the Team Leader in leading the implementation team and ensuring the advancement of citizen engagement and accountability initiatives including oversight on subgrants. The Project Manager will coordinate with the project donor and ensure compliance with all donor requirements, including those related to project reporting, timely submission of deliverables, and financial burn rates. The Project Manager will supervise, manage, coach, and mentor technical staff members, improving their capacity to succeed in their positions. This position reports to the Team Leader and will work in close collaboration with subawards. This position is contingent upon award.
