The Sr. HR Business Partner, HQ is responsible for the oversight and management of the delivery, development and coordination of domestic human resources services, initiatives and programs. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. S/he works closely with the HR team and supporting on all aspects of international HR including employment, development and implementation of policies and procedures, compensation, and employee relations/mediation. The Sr. HR Business Partner is responsible for maintaining the US compensation scale, partnering with the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) on performance management, developing HR metrics and ongoing compliance reporting (i.e. EEO, AAP). The Sr. HR Business Partner reports to the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) and may supervise HQ level HR support staff.
